Our Lady of Mercy will be offering a Hot Lunch program on Tuesdays and Thursdays in partnership with Fuel Catering/Munch-a-Lunch. Different lunch options providing fresh and nutritious food choices are offered on each day.

Their trained kitchen team are making healthy home cooking style menu items, so it’s guaranteed their menu items are made with fresh ingredients.

MunchaLunch
Fuel Catering has teamed up with MunchaLunch.com as their online ordering system provider. They will only accept payments by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). It’s quick and easy to pay online, and only requires your credit card number, expiry date, and CVC code. No cheque or cash payments will be accepted.
How to Register (New Families)
1) Go to: https://munchalunch.com/schools/ourladyofmercy
2) Click the “Register Here” button. The system will guide you through.
3) After adding your children, click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order
4) Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account.
Important Ordering Details
• Online ordering will be OPEN the first Monday of the school year and will close every Tuesday at midnight.
NOTE: Order deadline for the first hot lunch is the first Friday upon return of the summer holidays.
• Term 1 hot lunches run from September to January. Hot lunches are offered every Tuesday and Thursday. You can order for the full term, monthly or weekly. Term 2 hot lunches will run from February to June.
• Please ensure that you have PAID for all orders, as this system will NOT include UNPAID orders to our
reports.

Absent
In the event that you have to cancel your child’s lunch order, we will require 48 hrs. notice for a full credit to be issued on to your account. Refunds will not be given for children absent on lunch days; however, you are welcome to pick up their order at lunchtime or you can contact the school for pick up arrangements.
