The Catholic Independent Schools of Vancouver Archdiocese (CISVA) is the association that oversees all Catholic Schools in our Archdiocese, including Our Lady of Mercy (OLM). The CISVA is governed by a Board of Directors, the chairperson of which is the Archbishop. The Board of Directors employs a Superintendent’s Office, which supports school both through policy implementation and educational development. At the local level, the school is governed by the Parish Education Committee (PEC).
As mandated by CISVA, all schools within their jurisdiction have to abide by a minimum tuition rate. The tuition rates for the 2024/25 school year at Our Lady of Mercy, is as outlined in the table below.

After your child is accepted to the school, please register with the following fees:
- Registration Fees: $50.00 for one student; $75.00 for a family (two or more students).
- Registration Fees are payable at registration and this fee is non-refundable.
