What Do I Do When My Child Is Sick Or Away?

When your child will be away from school, please make sure to call or email the office before 9:00am to report the absence. If you email to report the absence, you do not need to send a written note when your child returns as the email notification is sufficient.  If you call to report the absence, please send a note listing the dates and reason for the absence.

We are required from the Ministry of Education to have a note from the parent to explain absences. We are audited and checked every year. For funding purposes, this is one way the government is building in accountability.

Parking

Parking at the front of the school is for staff only. There is no parking, drop-off or pick-up at the front door between 7:45am – 3:30pm. If you are coming in to volunteer or to pick up or drop off your child, please make sure to park in the designated area between the church and school. Thank you for your cooperation.
